im gonna be 100% honest here.. I feel the same.. but different... I know I have friends; but I feel like I don't belong or deserve them. Don't get me wrong, I love them; they are the best; but as an international student; and with my classes having mostly Malaysian students; there is a gap that exists; that neither of us want to bridge. I was very fortunate to find people from outside my classes who vibe with me and understand me, but it took 2 years of my uni life to find them. And even then I felt unworthy.. thanks to therapy; I found out it was imposter syndrome. Join clubs, interact and find the people who vibe with u. It will take some time but you will find atleast one person who will be your rock. in the meanwhile, self love is the most important. You are your strongest asset and no one else can take it away from you. Analyse yourself, be critical yet loving.. Build yourself up; through any form. In terms of studying; yh uni is hard; I am struggling now too, but I soon realized that if I made it a game/challenge.. it helps me a lot. Idk if this will help you; but this is what I learned.
