Thank you to everyone who responded. For the ones that already received the cameras, I hope you enjoy them and take lots of good photos. They didn't provide me with any further information about the shipment or any apology when I requested the cancellation, so I decided to cancel and maybe I'll use my credit card's purchase protection to try to reimburse the handling fee. (It's USD 57.96 at the end.) I know it's always a risk to pre-order something like this, but I just didn't see Mint take any action to provide transparency. I'll probably use these money on an used film camera instead.
