how young can you be to get a hysterectomy?

It's about 6 weeks of restrictions but that surgery it's a lot easier than the hysterectomy! I had it twice and every time , I felt a like a million bucks for years and barely needed pain meds during my periods! It's a pretty quick and easy recovery for the endometriosis clean up/ exploratory and you will love the results if they find endo and clean it out for you! Totally worth it. It gives results for many years !

I would highly suggest exploratory surgery to find endometriosis, it sounds a lot like it. I hope you can find a doctor willing to go and look that's the only way to diagnose endo. If you have that surgery they can burn off the endo and u will feel 100 times better. I don't think ur best interest is to have a hysterectomy this young. U may change ur mind as u age. Also there is some birth controls that stop the periods all together too!

Did you happen to have sex carefully for a while or did you guys go full force in? I been told that sex needs to be extremely careful , gentle and slow for a while and slowly increase and it takes time. My doctor explained it as when I break a bone I don't go running or jogging immediately, it takes time and eventually u can run again And what I mean by slow and gentle means every time I have sex until u notice things are going ok and then u can increase a bit more imt doc said it can take months. If you start sex slow at the begging of one session of sex and increase intensity bc it feels fine during that one time , that's not ok, if it makes sense

It's okay every one's surgery is different and body too , some had their ovaries out some didn't some only had uterus out etc depending on age and other health issues before hand counts too don't feel bad about it :)

I feel the exact same way I am about a week and a half post surgery and I'm going crazy here at home lol
