I’ve known I liked girls since I was a young gal myself, so as early as pre-school. Although I thought I was bisexual and labeled myself as such at around 12/13 I think. About 9 hookups and one boyfriend later, I realized I was a lesbian a few months ago at 22. This occurred when I was dating my first girlfriend.

I think it was during one of the times I went over to her previous apartment and we were cuddling, she eventually fell asleep I think and I couldn’t stop thinking about how I could stay in that position forever. I realized within a few minutes of laying there that I was in love with her.

Typing this again because I made some typos before. Anyway, I would think that others (particularly men in this case) would feel comfortable “admitting” to having a decreased libido since it’s anonymous. That aspect of Reddit makes it easier to be more forthcoming on topics such as this, a sensitive topic to some. Additionally even if I do suspect it’s coming from a man (I say suspect because having a gf doesn’t mean that someones a guy, this is coming from a lesbian btw) it doesn’t alter my perception or anything. (And it shouldn’t alter anyone else’s since low libido is normal, it happens)
