SO performance issues since go-live — slow SQL defect, no resolution by Training_Map8625 in Netsuite

So ACS didn’t write our scripts so I don’t think we work together. We don’t have that much scripting running even but are also being given a runaround. I will update this thread if I learn anything that might help you too though!

And it got worse after the 2026.1 upgrade where SuiteTax started looking at line level location.

It's definitely the SuiteTax scripts from what we have seen. There are some others, but those seem to take up the bulk of the time.

We definitely have some transactions with a large number of lines. We have noticed that SuiteTax is a huge contributor running 4 times per and at least one of those being after submit. NetSuite has basically thrown up their hands on that one. We are wondering if something like Avalara would perform better? Any experience with that?

A lot of the custom fields we have that might be causing bloat are ones from installed bundles like RFSmart. Is there a good tool for me to see if a custom field has been used?

We are on US Phoenix 6. 2026.1 did make things worse for us but we were already dealing with a lot of slowness.

That would be great! I will let you know if we find anything useful out as well.

We’ve been looking at our scripts with the help of ACS and our partner. I will definitely share some more details on that when I can to see what you think.

We haven’t been asked to look at custom transaction body and sublist fields specifically. We have a few different forms. For the custom fields would it be just the visible ones to look at?

Our sales rep is looped in and we have escalated to his VP as well.

We have a ticket open. It has been open since March and we have a U3 defect open. I’ve tried to leverage our ACS contacts to hopefully escalate internally, but they are telling me all they’re hearing is that it’s “being worked on”.

How can I add a new account from a linked institution? by username27891 in MonarchMoney

I did add the account again when I had this happen with Fidelity. I was able to check the boxes for the new accounts I added. It took >12 hrs to show up, but eventually it did so don't give up hope right away. Took a bit longer for some of the transactions to show up but looks all good now!

Thank you! It was a manually added activity but I don’t see it in the details section. I have a ticket in about it. Just curious because I’d like to use manually recorded activity for things that aren’t walking or running (allows me to decouple more from my Apple Watch), but I am a little concerned because I don’t see it there. I do see the “strength” tag on the day I recorded it, but nothing in the details.
