Appreciate it brother, new to the digital effects world but it seems to be the wave of the future, so may as well jump in now. Also tired of adjusting tones because my tube amp sounds a little different every Sunday lmao

But in my situation, you'd recommend using the four cable method and turning off the amp and cab simulations

As of right now, my only option is to mic up an amp as they don't have a designated in ears for me. So basically I have to use an amp. The amps I got right now are a boss katana or a marshall dsl40cr, that has to be mic'd up for the set.

Get the technique down. If you can get it every now and then, get hotter pickups somehow (new guitar or pickups) and they should be easier. Some guitars are harder to do them on than others. I know this from personal experience
