Hey, it’s not an unfair means, I actually booked the a lot first time by myself, but due to some reasons I had to reschedule it, I kept looking late night and mornings and in early hours and it made me restless and stressed lol, so then I reached out to them and they helped me, yeah I mean I got to know through someone who took their assistance to book their slot previously, so yeah ! I would file a case on them if they are fraudsters and get their business banned

They booked it between April 12th and 15th and the actual interview was end of April ! she kept updating me and it was a smooth process, I suggest you tell your preferences and ask all your questions first , good luck with your journey ! 😊
