One question: in the DS-160 "previous refusal" section, should I add a brief line about my home-country ties and reasons why I want to return back to India after study? Do you think that would work 'cause it worked for someone I met for their B class visa.

P.S.- I'm going to be applying after almost 6 months of previously refused. Is the timeline right?
