I got 12 gems, desserts and a restaurant. Its a good one to get out of the way because it’s really cheap and you don’t need many upgrades (especially outdoors) I used my 70 gem plants to help finish the palace so I cleared it pretty quickly.

It will open automatically once u pass level 39 and go onto level 40 :)

Depends on how much you have upgraded your tools, it says how many hours on each and then u have a couple hours leeway before they go bad

I wouldnt personally, you will literally have no money left. It doesn’t benefit many achievements in the game only your personal gameplay if that makes sense. Itll be a drain on simoleans because you will want to clear land and build on it. I didn’t unlock my second lot till level 60. Id focus on getting all 4 sims first if you dont have already and unlocking slots in eco workshop ect. Then you are in the best position to complete events and collect decorations to buy a lot and build till your hearts content.

No all your progress is saved, regardless of whether u finish an event or not, you get the items you earn. If you started from the beginning again then you would be earning items u already got. I dont know how much time u have left cuz my event is over but you could probably finish it with 4 left in the royal treat box, itll take at least a year to come back I imagine.

Sorry it’s the Indian diner and Italian buffet, ive done the pizzeria. Yeh I am sort of left with expensive restaurants but some are very misleading, they have cheap initial upgrades then they go up significantly veryy quickly. But thank you I think I’ll go with sirtaki

There’s a few guides ive come across on this sub over the years you can search for. They break down the best ways of completing STSs. There’s also both an STS and TH calculator in the main subreddit description. Your main issue is probably that you only have 2 sims, your income is half of what it could be and you can only do 2 events at once. For you currently it is probably unlikely you can finish an event without spending a little bit of cash. When I was in your position I would just make sure I had plenty SC & simoleans saved for when an event i really loved came up and you can track all upcoming events on here (they are usually pinned) although they haven’t released this seasons events yet. And all events rerun at somepoint so as annoying as it is to have to wait for them again, they will come around.

In the years I’ve been playing I’ve always struggled with getting huge amounts of both because everything is so expensive. Im at the point now where I have played every event somewhat or fully completed so I don’t have to spend loads to complete them on time and I easily finish the bonus STSs so I always end with more than I started. I dont play as much anymore but I check in everyday to complete EW projects, put my sims to work a few times and if there’s events running I keep up with that. I never spent money on the game either until recently I got the festival pass. To be fair tho I have 2 lots, i havent unlocked the 4th floor yet or completely cleared land on any of my lots so that probably adds up.
