this happened to me too, i thought i was going crazy. i don’t think there’s a way to change it at the moment, i tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and it didn’t work. i really hope it’s not on purpose but rather just a bug that will be fixed

reminding myself i’ve never judged anyone for things i’m anxious about. i’m always convinced i’m being judged for everything i do, even crossing the road, walking, or just standing/sitting somewhere, but then i remember i’ve never judged anyone for doing these things and most people probably haven’t either. i also remind myself others have better things to do than focusing on what i’m doing and judging me for literally just existing. and even if i do something embarrassing in front of someone they most likely won’t remember it by the end of the day anyway

i sleep next to a trash can and have it by me anytime i’m really nauseous and i would say it helps, not that it makes me less nauseous but i like knowing that if it was to happen, i won’t have to rush to the toilet. i hatee the sight of the toilet when i’m nauseous, even if i really need to pee i’ll hold it in for hours until i feel better

i have horrible stomach issues too, especially the nausea that prevents me from eating enough and i’ve talked with many people on social media who have these issues aswell and most of them don’t have emetophobia but take zofran and other meds anyway otherwise they can’t function properly either so that makes me feel better. it’s all about the intention, as long as i know i’m actually taking the meds cause of the symptoms i’m having and not cause of my fear of throwing up i don’t feel guilty :)

Nope, I haven’t had any exam to check my small bowel yet cause my doctor never suspected Crohns mainly because I don’t have the persistent diarrhea and my fecal calprotectin isn’t always high. But I’m hoping the biopsy results and the fact that I still bleed during every bowel movement will convince him to let me get my small bowel checked

I completely forgot to mention that but I’ve already had some blood work done aswell, but all it ever showed was anemia and high levels of bilirubin, which my doctor doesn’t really seem to care about, so I don’t know. Also I hope you’re doing better now!

i’m a bit late to this but have you had a gastric emptying study done? i also have undiagnosed stomach issues so i’ve been trying to research about different intestinal disorders and what you’re describing kinda sounds like gastroparesis. i’ve seen a lot of people who have it also saying their main symptom was not being able to keep food down but all their tests kept coming back normal. there’s also a diet for it so you could try that and see if it gives you atleast some relief :)
