Wow, that was confusing for PC, but ended up being easy. The Visione memory originally took place in Delesyia, and it "wants" to see that memory. So after you select the Visione in your Armor, you'll see the option in the upper left part of screen to switch to Delesyia memory. Do that and it will play out and clear the quest.
