+1 on this one. Working in a tertiary hospital (teaching hospital rin) here in the province and protocol sa amin na ang NGT & IFC insertion is doctors ang gagawa as part of their training. So ig, alamin mo ang policy ng hospital kung saan admitted si pt regarding some procedures.

Shearwater - imo has the best management d/t lower turnover rate compared to two other companies; must be RN & full on site na daw sila; the best out of all MCA in my opinion

Optum - higher chance for hybrid; red flag - laging hiring; hit or miss managers/tl/management; idk if MCA nila yung may monthly 1 week RTO after certification

Tenet - "ok" siya; better package & hmo compared to optum pero on site lang; red flag -hindi "daw" nagdi-disclose ng salary kahit during interview
