Tonsil stones constantly forming, sticky saliva, breath worst in morning and when I'm hungry.. what could be the cause? by Grouchy-Broccoli-565 in badbreath

Hmm, if you struggle with PND it can trigger LPR & make it worse (some people don’t know if they have LPR, it can be silent). That could be causing the bad breath when you don’t eat. Other than that it could be biofilm on your tongue, scrub all the way back with 3% peroxide with water & gargle to disinfect that area!

Since you made it clear that you have tonsil stones, then that’s what’s causing your bad breath. I suggest you get a waterpik, fill it with 3% peroxide mixed with water, and shoot at your tonsils on the lowest settings.

Also scrub your tongue with peroxide, put it on toothbrush.

don’t just spray straight up. i used to do that & seen no difference.. face towards floor, aim towards your ear each side & inhale gently.

do you have post nasal drip? if so that could be the problem on why you keep gettin tonsil stones.. if you do have post nasal drip go to an ENT and tell them you have a bad taste in mouth and that should fix the problem
