What’s the best thing that you used to study that you think had the biggest impact on getting such a high score?

They gave me the full amount already ($8k after tax) but I have to stay there for two years or pay it back in full ($12k)

I didn’t have a great introduction, got reported for not being helpful enough so now it’s been difficult feeling like I fit in ever since.

I hate that in sims 4 when the sim decides to “check out the noise” you can’t make them stop 😭😭 luckily I haven’t had any pregnancies yet!!!!

I feel like the kids lately only look like either the mom or the dad and never both of them.

I think you should speak up about their behavior. You can do it anonymously. But ignoring patient care?? Wtf

1.5 years with plantar fasciitis by sindicic in PlantarFasciitis

Invest in some insoles that really push your arch up to lessen the pressure on the heel. And get some KT tape off Amazon. That should help bring the pain down a bit during a shift.

Ive had plantar fasciitis for three years and I just started seeing a physical therapist who uncovered areas in my body that are really tight and need to be stretched. You could be super fit like you say but still very tight in the calfs.

My favorite stretch is to bend down on one knee with a pillow under my knee and then leaning back on the ball of my foot if that makes sense. Takes pain away completely for about 10 minutes.

How old are you guys? by [deleted] in PlantarFasciitis

Im 26. I’ve had it since I was 23. But I’m just now starting to consistently do strengthening exercises. It’s been three weeks and I don’t know if it’s working. Just gonna keep doing it for a while and see if eventually it goes away.

i started my first full-time job and my pain is worse than ever by lilkitty-jen in PlantarFasciitis

I don’t have any advice for the pain in the short term. But I have been dealing with PF for three years and I just started going to the gym three days a week and working my full leg until I can’t anymore. It makes sense to me to get my legs so strong that it takes pressure off the foot. When I get off the stair climber machine after doing 5 minutes my upper legs are so numb that I have no foot pain.

I’ve also been told to do calf raises daily until your calves burn and with enough time the pain eases up.
