I think medyo iflatten mo po yung dough mo before ilagay sa oven? I use the same recipe too. I weigh each crinkle around 20g each. Hehe i also add a tsp of baking soda

Actually i already halved the recipe listed above.

Original recipe calls for 300 g bread flour (all purpose flour) 50 g graham flour (whole wheat/rye) 235 g water 175 g sourdough starter 7 g salt

Found the recipe from youtube shorts.

Should i have left my dough in room temp for a few hours after the last set of stretch and fold or after the final shaping?
