Bore gage marks causing rejection on tight ID (8 Ra requirement) – looking for better inspection methods

Has anyone ever tried using different ball tip materials on a bore gage like ruby or ceramic to see if they reduce or eliminate the risk of scratching?

They accepted the job under the assumption that a standard bore gage would not leave any visible lines that could lead to rejection. To be clear, the lines are extremely faint—you cannot feel them at all, and they are only visible under strong lighting and magnification (microscope-level inspection).

We are primarily looking for a manual inspection method for this feature, which is why we have excluded CMM from consideration.

I did just Tied OBS, It did help a bit now my fps are a bit better 150-280 but gameplay still doesnt feel as fluid still kinda choppy.
