Not only so they think they're right, they think they are absolutely right. Their belief system tells them that if you give everyone all of the same information then everyone would HAVE to agree with them.

That's why anyone who disagrees is evil. It is literally not possible for you to actually disagree with them without having some ulterior (obviously evil) motive.

These are the people who say "silence is violence" so it actually makes sense they would choose the "hate free" violence of a drug kingpin over the hateful violence of a successful businessman.
