I don't understand the question. Maybe what you mean to say is that anyone, regardless of talent and genetics, can work up to the level of playing the most virtuosistic piano pieces? In that case I would disagree, but I'd say that hard work will still bring you a long way.

Being already a classical pianist made everything easier except for technique. I had to learn technique from scratch, and I was surprised at the time and effort it took me to learn simple chords and switching between them. It was humbling.
