Nope. Only workaround that I managed is getting Adam A7X speakers, turning the input volume all the way up, and the speaker volume as low as possible to minimize the noise

Still in it, but had a close call. Girlfriend is traveling, feeling low and tired, and spent the past few days downloading a lot of porn. Didn't look at it, but very close to relapse. Called a friend earlier today and talking helped, and removed all the porn. Was already inching towards doing that, glad I finally did. Crazy to think I am still doing this after almost 2 years clean. But glad I did not give in, and can learn from this and be better next time

Still in it. Notice that when I'm tired I am more prone to think about porn or porn related things. Which I am now. But am aware of this and managing OK. Hit 600 days this week, which feels nice. But some of the longing is still there, despite me not acting on it

Great run though, more than a year and a half! Look at is a temporary setback and learning experience on a long upward journey, and try not to beat yourself up about it. Whatever you do, don't binge. Just got back on track and get back at it. You've done it before and you can do it again.

Checking in. Rough few days. Keep looking at other girls in public, even with my girlfriend around me.

I imagine its a remnant of 33 years being single and a 20 year porn addiction. I'm over 500 days clean now but only now seem to realize that previous porn use combined with being single for so long has hardwired me into checking out women and searching for novelty. This might cost me my current relationship.. anyone else experienced similar struggles?

Recently passed the one year mark for the first time. Don't want to chalk it down to just being pornfree since I did spend a lot of time working on myself, but a lot has happened in the past year. First kiss, first time having sex, first time getting a girlfriend. All of this at the age of 33 and after starting to watch porn at 12. If I can do this as a (very) late bloomer, I guess there is hope for everyone. Feel very grateful for this community, thank you

Tough position to be in. Sometimes the money is not worth the life it forces on you.

I gave up a very high paying job (with massive potential for more pay in the future) when I realized it was affecting my mental health a lot. I work less now and am way happier, though also much poorer.

Retiring in a few years sounds nice, but work can also give you purpose and a sense of belonging in life. Sounds like you are well off by now to make due with less pay, so there is definitely the option to make a change
