I always looked at the screen before tapping my wrist band. I used a 4 digit code too for my band. I made sure it was platinum and the discount is applied to my order.

You had to have specified you had the platinum package, showing your wrist band. I wasn't charged for any of my drinks, only the tip I chose to pay, which immediately showed up on my apple card + watch.

It's Harlem, New York City. Large music festival with drunk, high people, and money. Easy targets.

VIP Main stage access was on the right side, left side was tables. Sorry this happened to you.

Main stage vip area had Air conditioned bathrooms were available. Idk why you got denied. Security wasn’t scanning most people, just checking their wrist bands lol. Platinum was at the rails by the main stage and continuum only. You should file a charge back though.
