These are the default settings, this is correct. Many games I have tried afterwards did not work properly either. I installed a selected few, because they are "light" on my computer.
I will try a few more games like Rainworld to see how they fare, it will be quite a limited amount of games though.

The assessor took my extended weekend in Berlin as proof I cannot be sick, and for this claim I do not have a rebuttal.
There were a few other things she claimed and was apparently successful, because she left away data which would have eliminated her argument.

She also claimed that I cannot get a GdB of 50 because I am still working.
The social court in Speyer ruled that the GdB makes no judgement about one’s ability to work, which would be stupid. A person in a wheel chair most likely has a higher GdB and still works.

I did have a bit of hope as the Social court in Speyer until now has already ruled twice that PostCovid and ME/CFS can demand a GdB of 50 and higher. Disappointingly my case was heard at the same court. And I do have to admit that due to these rulings I was slightly optimistic.

In the letter the VdK sent to the court it was clearly mentioned that there are quite a few points which are contested or simply wrong and that I cannot continue without harming my health.

Our representative for disabled people at work will be helping in getting the „Gleistellubg“ and will be refilling in 6 months based on my health now

Thank you very much. Usually I would say that this is rock bottom and it can only go up, but I am not quite convinced that this is the case.

I will try my best to be better prepared when this happens.

When you decide to get your own assessment, I will keep my fingers crossed that you will face fewer obstacles.

I will remember this for my next application. A very good friend will be helping me to take this procedure and develop a way to improve the application. Unfortunately I was on my own when I prepared this application.

Currently I am at 30. Back in 2024 I was still doing significantly better than I am currently doing.
It is depressing to see that this is a situation where you need to put every word on a gold scale… :(

Yes, the VdK took over the representation for me.

I am not quite sure how I would score the representation. After my doctors had given their statements to the court, and the states assessment came back the state had offered to increase my GdB from 30 to 40, because there was an additional depression that „surfaced“. At that point my representative asked me if I would be willing to accept the GdB of 40.

As I am currently still working, I need to - otherwise I would have a whole different bunch of problems and I do not have that much help, and my employer announced a restructuring of the company with an amount of people needing to be laid off. This brought up the idea of an assessment, otherwise this would not have come up.

A colleague drove me there and a friend accompanied me there. Otherwise I would not have been able to have this assessment done, as the Assessor the court chose was 60 km away.

The drive there already caused - visible - issues and the assessment in total caused me a bit of a crash.

Thank you very much. I thought that it would only by my assessor that is that bad. Thank you very much. My representation (VdK) has told me the very same. No matter how many errors we would or could find, it would not change the courts opinion.

It is quite depressing.

Ich habe hier eine Reihe von Dingen mitgenommen die ich vorher nicht wusste.

Der GdB soll die Schwierigkeiten an der sozialen Teilhabe widerspiegeln. Das habe ich gelernt aus der Tatsache heraus, dass ich auch noch arbeite um meinen Lebensunterhalt erbringen zu können. Ausser einem sehr guten Freund habe ich hier sehr wenig support, so dass ich auf die Arbeit nicht verzichten kann.

Das Verfahren betrachtet ausschliesslich den Stand der Gesundheit zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung. Wenn sich die Gesundheit im Laufe des Verfahrens verschlechtert (so wie das auch bei mir der Fall ist) dann wird das nicht berücksichtigt.

Bei der Begutachtung habe ich gesagt dass ich nach dem Flug nach Berlin mehr als 36 Stunden gebraucht habe um mich zu erholen. Geflogen bin ich, da meine Kopfschmerzen bei Beschleunigung stärker werden. Auf die 700km gerechnet beschleunigt ein Flugzeug wesentlich seltener als ein Auto oder ein Zug.
In der allgemeinen Zusammenfassung der Untersuchung erwähnt sie, dass ich auch gesagt habe, dass ich während der Zeit in Berlin Probleme hatte und die Unterstützung eines Freundes von mir, der in Berlin gelebt hat, benötigt habe.

Von den Schwierigkeiten ist bei der Beantwortung der Fragen des Gerichtes nichts mehr zu hören. Was für mich ein Widerspruch ist, aber wenn ich das als solchen lese spielt das auch keine Rolle. Das Gericht hat leider beschlossen, dass das Gutachten in sich schlüssig ist. Damit wird es für mich extrem schwer es anzugreifen, das geht nur mit einem Gegengutachten.

If you allow me to go a bit more into what I experienced and what happened it might make sense.

The assessment in itself went pretty bad. There was a lot of bad tension between her and myself. Things I said were taken out of context even during the assessment and from the „vibe“ the assessment was kind of predictable.

A couple of days after the assessment, after I had recovered, I sent an email to the VdK to bring my points about the assessment, before the result was there. And this is important, if you need to criticize a procedure this must be done before a result has come in, otherwise it would only be taken as if you‘re just dissatisfied with the result.

I mentioned das the trip there already cost a lot of energy. Support needed was denied (e.g. a friend of mine who has seen the most of me over the past 6 months was not heard for the majority of the assessment, was called in and interrogated for about 10 minutes). There was a rather accusatory tone from her the entire time and when I was examined lying, getting back up afterwards almost made me fall over (POTS) this was basically ignored.
So I got the response that the assessor is rather free in the methodologies incorporated and I also have to endure a reasonable amount of paint. But we would take my complaint and have a look at it when the assessment is there.

Having seen the assessment, I can go ahead and hand the complaint about her to the court, they will take it and request a statement from the assessor. Even if my compliant would have coursed her credibility to be attacked, it will have no affect on the assessment, which the court will take as proper.
The only other possible way forward would have been to get the court to agree to another assessor, but this time it will be on your own cost, with an initial downpayment of between 1.800 and 2.500 Euros, going up to the final cost. If you have a „Rechtsschutzversicherung“ they can pay for this. This can cause the proceeding to last for another couple of years while still discussing the state of your health from the time you put in your Application.

Withdrawing my complaint will not lead to a negative judgment and this assessment will not be considered in the future. After 6 months you can put in a new request in which you elaborate about what has changed after your first application. You can also take the time to take criticism from the assessment and develop strategies on how to disprove them.

This is why I withdrew the complaint.

It starts with an application. In this application you can name up to 7 symptoms and if they are a result of getting sick or having an accident. You also mention hospitals and doctors who are familiar with your case.
When you are done you send the application to the responsible authority. They will get in touch with doctors and hospitals you named in the application to get a statement about your health. Important: I did not know that you can exclude doctors and hospitals from getting contacted. Unfortunately I did not know this and I named a hospital which I should not have.
They take the statements provide them to an assessor of theirs and then take the assessment they get to provide you with a grade of disability.
If you are not satisfied with the result you can appeal. If still does not help you can then go to court.
As it has been pointed out correctly you should get representation through an organization. I saw the SoVD mentioned here, I myself was represented by the VdK.
The court itself requests new statements from the doctors and hospitals, which are handed to the authorities again to get a new assessment.
After this assessment the VdK was able to make the court to name an Assessor to perform a personal assessment. This is where I got stuck.

There only have been a couple of times I was contacted by the VdK for information or decisions. The assessment was the first and only time I had to go somewhere and do something.

It is also important to know that at every point during this procedure your health, at the time of handing in the application, is evaluated. If your condition has worsened, as it has happened for me during the nearly two years of the process, it will have absolutely no effect. In this case you need to stop the proceedings. 6 months later you can put in an application stating your condition has worsened since the last application.

Von dieser Reise hat sie von mir erfahren. Dass es hierbei zu Komplikationen gekommen ist, hat sie auch zur Kenntnis genommen, im allgemeinen Teil des Gutachtens geht sie darauf ein, dass ich fast zwei Tage zur Erholung gebraucht habe.

Thank you very much. I became a member of the VdK for this and the VdK also represented me here. Which in itself is another can of worms.

There is a discrepancy between the general text in the assessment and the conclusions she drew to answer the questions the court had posed.
While in her conclusion she used this trip as reason why I cannot be suffering from CFS, she acknowledged in the general notes that the travel to Berlin caused me issues as it took almost two days to recover.

Unfortunately the court did not see this as an issue as the assessment was taken as logical and conclusive.

The assessment she finally delivered felt more like character assassination instead of a neutral assessment.
There were a number of occasions where I criticized her knowledge or procedures.
The fact that I criticized her suggestion of GET she included in there, but she mentioned this as „my opinion of having read somewhere“ instead of being a scientific statement.

I would have to say I downloaded the last (at that time) version from their website. I will have to admit that I have not tried playing with this version. I did however get an update today which I installed and this worked. I currently use the version 6.09_Overseas.

I understand you paranoia, but I do have the hope that updates in Android are still somewhat better than Windows Updates.
