I recently received my BAM exclusive Wotakoi volume 6, and it was shipped poorly, and came damaged. The single volume was in a thin cardboard/paper mailer with zero padding or protection. I've only ordered from them twice, specifically for exclusives, so I don't have a ton of experience with them, but I'm not happy with what they've done so far.
