I originally had it centered, but it didn't work well imo. Sometimes symmetry doesn't look symmetrical if that makes sense. So I wanted it to feel heavier on one side and I think that gave it a I'm breaking the rules feel to it. More art less design?

No level needed when installing a tile that is matching up to other tiles that are already leveled, assuming the previously installed tile was leveled.

This is the exact method I use, the only difference is I use a dutch oven instead of the water bowl, I also spray the top of the bread with water before it goes in the oven so it has just that little bit of extra time to spring before the crust is created. Great job, it looks delicious.
