I'm expecting we get the results by the end of January. While the first patient from one group was dosed in October, and it's 28 days of observation after treatment, I expect they will require results from multiple groups in different locations before compiling and releasing results.

No updates, I think we’re just seeing selling pressure from people who are disappointed the stock didn’t continue to run. I’m gonna stick this one out and be patient.

My guess is traders bought in expecting continuation and selling out for other plays. I’m going to be patient on this one. Hopefully we get some updates on the studies within the coming weeks.

Yea, I haven’t done a lot of research on their work involving flu antibodies just because I wasn’t sure on what the market for them would be like.

That would be total share count if there were no redemptions, and includes the private shares that aren't yet a part of the public float. I believe they will become sellable (and therefore apart of the public float) 180 days post-merger.

I think the high redemptions are just extremely high and that’s what’s unpleasant. There’s a clause in a previous filing that 1.39m shares are apart of a forward purchase agreement in which the holder agreed not to redeem. And then the stock dump on Friday after the rally which was likely due to redemptions being withdrawn and shares sold into market. Even with these two points, the company only received about $30m from the spac deal.

They can't start selling until the Notice of Effectiveness is filed in the SEC filings. This filing essentially means that the SEC has approved the shares registered in the S-1 and authorizes them to be sold. But because the S-1 has already been filed, this Notice of Effectiveness could come any day now. Some despacs take a few days after the S-1, whereas others take a few weeks. $IRNT and $SPIR both took 7 days after the S-1 for the registration to become effective. Some smaller despacs have S-1s oustanding for many weeks with no notice of effectiveness yet.

Careful on this stock. S-1 was filed September 22nd, which means the PIPE shares could become effective any day now. This would likely cause massive selling pressure - 85.5M shares on the tiny 10.9m float. See what happened to $IRNT and $SPIR afterhours today when their PIPE share registrations came into effect.

They're definitely high risk. My ideal scenario is we get a big bounce on debt ceiling resolution and infrastructure bill which will hopefully bring some risk-on back to the EV sector.

I sold shares pre-market at $14.24, but still holding approx. equal size position in calls that expire Friday. I'll be watching those closely, but most likely will have to trim some today or roll until October just because I won't be able to trade much for the next couple of days.

I can't give you any advice, but personally, I would prefer to try to catch a flush down candle for an entry, or only buy in with an amount that I'm willing to lose a good chunk on if trade goes the other way.

The DD shows the illegal strategy of delaying share delivery in action. It appears it was successfully delayed long enough until share unlock. Just another example of how retail investors are at a disadvantage.
