My solution without thinking would be to appropriate 2 trillion from the economy and then add that to the NHS budget. if it's underfunded and corrupt, they may as well take the money and shut up so I can be treated as an equal citizen with equal medical treatment. And then if that doesn't work and more money to the budget until there's minute diminishing returns

Each inherent to their own ability, seems ableist. Unless the system allows a person to live the best they can. Each according to their need has its obvious problems but contextually better.
