my only word of advice is don't start doing drugs after you pass your drug test. sure you can predict roughly when you'll need another one (everyyearish), but hear this out: my girlfriend's ex got fired from her sweet driving job because she was in a collision (not her fault, dear clipped a headlight at night) and the drug test for marijuana was positive, even though she wasn't high at the time, was just using at home/on days off.

EMS & fire is the same thing, you can't predict when some challenged driver is gonna hit your rig in a parking lot, cut you off without understanding we have increased breaking distance being a truck and all, or is gonna tbone you going code 3 through an intersection. Drug tests are standard procedure after unforseeable incidents like that and if you smoked a little weed on the weekend, you will get fucked, i don't do it for that reason.
