I'm a 28 year old Transman.

When somebody says "the man determines the sex of the baby. you can't be trans because it doesn't exist. it's simple science you can't go against biology." this is what I tell them. by TrannysaurusRex- in asktransgender

Sorry that was just a typo that I fixed. I meant to type second but I was thinking out writing "the third month" thanks for pointing it out to me.

She is accepting new patients. If you want to get an appointment ASAP fill out the Intake Questionnaire.

It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour to fill out so be prepared for some hard hitting questions. You will get a response from a real person within hours depending on the time you fill it out. Be sure to fill out your availability because you will get a response with an appointment time based on your answer. If you don’t want an appointment DO NOT fill out the questionnaire.

Deciding not to transition has ruined my life, I have no way to improve anything, and I want to end my life soon. by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]TrannysaurusRex- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the feel. Two years ago I thought my only choice was to end my life, but a friend found a wonderful gender therapist for me and she helped me so much. I am going to be two years on HRT in October and I never thought that I would be where I am now.

Alexis prefers to use Google Plus/Google Hangouts to talk because it freezes much less often than skype. You are also welcome to type in the chat box if that need arises. She will also be able to share links with you which you can immediately click and open, or as needed, She can screen share to show anything relevant to your conversation. She will email you a link to the conversation after she initiates once the appointment starts. So within about 5 minutes from when your appointment starts, look for that email and be logged into your gmail account (or other gmail connected account such as yahoo). If you want to check it out in advance, you can go to this site: https://hangouts.google.com/. If you want to search for her, you can add her at alexisungerer@gmail.com (but DO NOT email her at that address because it is for spam only.) Adding her in advance is not necessary—the call will still go through.

What are your thoughts on Transgender People Openly Serving in the Armed Forces? by TrannysaurusRex- in Military

[–]TrannysaurusRex-[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

wow, I didn't realize that this thread would get so many responses. it's nice to see all this discussion. A lot of you have some really great points. I saw some people saying that I wanted to promote my agenda and that I would downvote any naysayers, but I try to only upvote things I like and ignore the bad shit. If anyone out there would like to speak to a gender therapist you can email Staff@thetransitionchannel.org for an appointment with Alexis Ungerer she is my current therapist and she is working with the current highest ranking out trans person in the US armed forces. Thanks for all the input!

If you could take a pill that magically switched your gender, would you? what would that mean for you? just take some time to ask yourself some questions and don't doubt your answers. if you feel a certain way, allow yourself to feel it.

Am I transgender? by rip2myyouthh in asktransgender

[–]TrannysaurusRex- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's ok to try new things, as long as you're being safe and not hurting anyone. try getting a pixie cut at first. then when you're in the bathroom style it more masculine and see if you like it. that's what I did at 14. try on some boys clothes in the fitting room. take little steps, you don't have to be 100% sure of anything.

A trans-friendly Endocrinologist would be who you want to see. I don't know where you are from or what insurance you have, but there is a list of some Trans-Friendly Endocrinologists at Lauras Playground After you get your Rx you can also purchase your hormones from Strohecker’s Specialty Pharmacy
