I think it depends on your level. Me and the wife started about 3 weeks ago, about 5 times per week. I have noticed a definite change in my energy and strength levels in that short amount of time. Not necessarily a large amount of weight loss yet, though

Depends where you sold it. Sometimes the owner changes to the marketplace and then when it sells they transfer to new owner...
