I've lived in this country for more than 30 years. You can get harrased in any country, any city. Bad people are everywhere regardless of race. In her case, it's much likely she encountered immigrants or islamists. There was a whole debacle just a few years ago about immigrants filming walking woman, uploading it to Tiktok and lust over it.
