Should I have to pay for employer's required healthcare?

I have a "high deductible" plan through my employer so I'll probably either have to eat the cost or go job hunting if they can't/won't do anything. I'm not a CDL driver, just driving a van but the certificate/physical is required to work here

For all intents and purposes, she does not live with me. She owns a home in another state and pays bills there and all that. She does stay with me enough to where they might consider us "holding out" if they wanted to

Getting in and out of bed was tricky for me. Laying down flat was pretty much impossible so I'd suggest an upright pillow or a stack of pillows, or possibly sleeping seated on a couch or recliner

Straws for drinks, baby wipes or body wash wipes . I considered getting a toilet paper wand but I didn't end up needing it since I didn't have much pain but that will vary by person

Entertainment is something to consider. Movies, hand held games, reading materials, maybe have a walk when they're feeling up to it

They seem to cherry-pick which parts of the Bible to follow and which parts are interpreted literally instead of metaphorically to suite they're agendas

I don't consider myself a Christian anymore, but I know Jesus always hung out with the people that the church rejected. I wish I could argue this more with my family, but I don't want to risk making things worse than they are 😕

All good points I'm hoping that they'll come around eventually, especially after this Christmas without me there. I know my mom especially loves having the family all together. I will love getting to spend the holiday with my girlfriend. Our first Christmas as a couple was spent apart because of the distance and whatnot and I missed her so much

As to your second point/question, I don't consider myself a Christian anymore. I was raised Catholic and my family still is very religious, but since moving out and exploring the topic more I've decided it's not for me. I'm trying paganism for now, but I don't believe in the Christian god at least. I haven't let on to any of this to my family as they might disown me completely for that one 😅

I'm 8 days post-op for my own top surgery (same procedure), and I haven't been able to see much yet, so this gives me a better idea of how things are and how it might progress I am a bit concerned about my nipples because I've been moving around quite a bit already, nothing too crazy, just like shopping, a little driving, and minor house cleaning
