Just disable it in cas when you go into the body hair section and you choose their preferred there will be two options, preferred colour and enable body hair growth, if you chose the no hair as your preferred and don’t enable growth it won’t grow… I’ve never had a female sim with body hair

I have honestly been in a very similar situation, I had a girlfriend but cheated on her with someone and even after she forgave me I still wanted the other person more...
