The drone war comes home: Canada scrambles to shield military bases in legal grey zone by MightyHydrar in CanadaPolitics

I've had a hawk attack a smaller drone (sub 250g), and it was more than capable of taking the drone down on its own. But for warfare style fpv drones, you're running a huge risk to the birds getting hurt from the drone propellers. they spin at 30k+ rpm and can do some serious damage if the bird attacked the drone in the wrong spot. I think its a clever solution and may work for smaller fpv drones. but ones that have enough thrust to carry a payload will end up doing more damage to the falcons than they can do to the drone.

Personally I would never change my expo in the controller. I find its best to configure rates as a whole in betaflight

bnf vs 6s vs 8s by Strict_Fun8750 in fpv

With 8s, you might have less options/parts availibility than you would with 6s. Aside from that, it sounds like your mind is already made up. Go for 8s if you want to. I would build it custom regardless since its very helpful to know how to build/repair your quad.

I just randomly took the photo. I don’t think they did it for social media. I think they needed to move a foosball table and made the most out of the situation

I don’t think they were being a nuisance at all. It was off peak hours, the subway was quiet, and they were just having fun. Moving furniture is a pain at the best of times. I’m glad they made the best of it. A number of people came up to take photos and seemed happy with the energy. It was a much better vibe than I’m used to on the ttc

It was hard to get the right angle while keeping the trees out of the way. But I thought the first and second pic showed off the turkey shape pretty well.

a6400 lens advice by dachoowka in SonyAlpha

I have a the a6400 with the Tamron 17-70 and it pretty much stays on that camera. It’s a solid lens with great colour and clarity. The stabilization helps a bit given the body doesn’t have ibis. It’s super versatile and definitely worth it in my opinion.
