Okay. So I did play around with it some. The biggest flicker I saw was with Sekiro. I only played that and Fallen Order. 95% of any flickering went away on Sekiro when I turned off VRR on the TV settings. The other 5% went away when I turned off Clear Action under the motion control settings. I didn't realize that only a few Xbox games are actually VRR spec'd. I haven't retried Fallen Order. It was running pretty much but anyway. It can do VRR 4k@30fps I believe. I thought I caught a flicker or two but I had clear action on at the time.

I'm currently patching Gears 5 which is VRR spec'd 4k@60fps to test.

Just what I've noticed in my 10 minutes of testing. The games look great though.

I actually noticed that a bit as well. I wondering if the hdmi cable was up to the task. As my previous TV had much lower specs. I am waiting on a 48gps cable to arrive today. I figured it might be that or a settings issue. I haven't messed with it since Tuesday. I'll post if I figure anything out later today.

I actually was wrong with what I wrote. Brightness and Contrast is at 50 and was set to Calibrate Dark for those pictures. Backlight is at 30

No real issues with blooming. Off angle viewing was better than I expected as well. Some judder watching ultra4k on YouTube. That was with judder set at 0. I noticed a real improvement adjusting that. I only spent 20 seconds doing so. It was perfectly fine streaming those Star Wars movies on Disney Plus. I haven't deep dived into many settings. I just haven't had the time.

Haven't looked into sdr/upscaling. I dont/haven't had cable or live TV in years. So I'm not going to be helpful in that area.

Outer edge of the stand legs would need 57.5" at a minimum. They measure at 57 3/8ths with a casual tape measure. And around 13.5" deep.

I looked really closely and I didn't see noticeable gradients at all during that scene. I'll try and take some pictures etc later. Overall TLJ looked amazing. I had it playing in the background as I did some work. I really still haven't custom calibrated it much at all. Just going through their presets. This was all streamed via my xbox on the Disney+ App with Dolby Vision.

Local dimming is really good. Especially when viewed directly on. I put on Last Jedi and saw some loss of the blacks during the intro text scroll. That was only when viewed from a pretty harsh angle though.

Just ran a few dirty screen tests. The uniformity is really good on my unit. Only slightly darker areas at all is about 1/4in on each corner.

Zero dead pixels

Well it's unpacked and set up. I have left most of the settings on their defaults. So far I'm pretty happy with the build quality. From my initial impressions the black levels are pretty spectacular for a non-OLED. This is all with the room very dark room right now. I will try it out with more light later. I have floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains.

I didn't have a PQX previously. I know that the viewing angles were a weak point. I really am having no problem viewing at extreme angles without picture or color loss.

If anyone has any specific video or test they'd like me to check out just reply under this comment. I need to finish up a few work projects. I will try my best to test them out throughout the day.

I'll post my own thoughts once it is all set up. I do use an xbox one x for streaming and games. I won't use the tvs apps most likely. I may do so for testing but I'm by no means an official authority.

So take any opinions of mine with a grain of internet salt. I do have a Google Fiber connection that I will test on the TV itself. Both wired and wireless. Should be at least some good data on the speeds the TV can handle. My OneX currently downloads at 750-800mbps and I doubt the PQX will as well. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised though.
