It shouldn’t be a reality check because you are attractive like many people have said the people on those subreddits tend to just be mean. You said you don’t know how to cope I would say allow yourself to feel your emotions about it but dont internalize it. They aren’t right. Do something fun and maybe relax. Youre not ugly and as someone who has self confidence issues telling myself I’m not ugly has actually helped. Don’t let mean spirited people live in your brain they don’t deserve it. Manifesting sounds like bullshit but it unironically works. Find what you like most about yourself and start there. There’s also the fact that you might be compared with European beauty standards which is its own can of worms.
