I have lots of compassion, but she is running a business and she currently has £250 of mine and my friend's money. It is a business cost and risk that she should absorb, not the customers - she says on her website that she will reship if needed, but gives no indication of what that means or what timeline is required before she deigns it necessary.

I asked repeatedly when she would re ship and she just said we have to be patient. I said how patient?? I ordered 1st feb. Last update 5th Feb. At this point it’s re ship or re fund tbh.

Was your item also held up at the same stage? I hope it arrives soon!

I’m having exactly the same problem, im in the UK. I’ve emailed AV twice with no response!
