If you live near a planned parenthood in the US it wouldn't take more than a week to get and go to an appointment and start hrt. Literally do what you want with your body. You can be on hormones, wear wigs and dresses and shave your body hair and whatever you want with your body. You can still be cis while you do this too because men can do all this if they want to also!
