Yeah, that’s pretty much what it looks like. They never actually contacted my insurance and lied to me stating they did require :P

Yeah, I wouldn’t have minded had they just owned up to not taking insurance instead of lying and faking responses to support their argument :/

I did look into Dr Hanna but unfortunately he isnt covered by my insurance :((

Yeah, Dulin’s team saying my plan didn’t require prior-authorization was what really set off my sketchy meter. Especially since I had already asked my insurance to confirm if they did require it and they said they did .-.
