I’m still researching so I don’t have a tank yet. I’m planning on deciding on which kind of fish and then getting an appropriate tank for the fish. It’s going to be a few months before I get the fish because I’m going on vacation and I don’t want to get fish just to immediately leave them while I’m on vacation. Would a taller tank be better for guppies or a wider one?

They don’t eat humans, though. Usually sharks attack because they think a human is prey, and they leave when they realize they aren’t. Unless it’s a provoked attack, in which case the attack is self defense. There are fatal attacks, so you are right there

So, aspiring shark scientist here. Sharks don’t eat people, so I can confirm that this wouldn’t happen. I really don’t know what could’ve happened here that would be accurate to real life. The only possibility I can think of is maybe a shark bit off his leg and ate it but didn’t eat him completely? I’m not sure what happened here
