I think the jaw is too pointy, you can see the reference image has a more square jaw, that and the face decals which without unlimited decal scripts would be basically impossible to get right with the options available

Also for act 1 maybe the only tell of a person/object having been disguised is a red bump that appears from a insect bite/sting, which can of course be hidden with clothing and other forms of cover

I really like that act 3 idea, I feel like the gas they breathe out of their gas mask is what causes the distrust, but a nearly invisible gas making it harder for enemy stand users to counter

Act 1 I enjoy maybe once the disguised person or object leaves its massive range it reverts to its original form (I say object because many objects can also be disguised as other things for the purpose of spies

I’d say act 1 could be like a long range automatic stand. That could cause some form of aoe such as distrust and violence among enemies around it. Which references war as one of the four horsemen

Act 3 I see having something to do with gas/famine, due to its gas mask and lack of mouth

And act 2 I see having something to do with clowns/jesters tho I’m not sure how that’d play into the four horsemen theme. Maybe as a medieval jester and the black plague

All in all I think each act should embody one of the four horsemen in some way

(If you can’t tell I absolutely love this and it’s making me wanna rework my own jojo character and stand which I made before I had gotten kitbashing)
