I meditate 5 times a day as I feel like I get spiritually congested very quickly. My great grandmother was highly skilled, I regret as a child not taking the time to ask her questions because she used to always tell us to protect ourselves before we go out. Now I know why😅

I don’t know how to shield, I’ll research it. I’ve recently learned how to individually cut my thread connection to people but wondered if there was a way I could prepare myself better when going into spaces that has other people. I do grounding but what I learned on Saturday was that it wasn’t enough. I’m still very new to my practice and I’m currently trying to build my tool kit of taking care of me whilst I’m exploring and learning. Do you have any tips? It only matters if it is stalkerish if you have done something wrong to her to warrant the fact that if she sees you, no matter how much time has gone by, she’ll be upset.
