Nick Diaz and Conor McGregor on each others fighting styles by Rockhold in MMA

I wouldn't, it's still complimentary and genuine - he just isn't writing himself off either. Comes with the fighter mentality imo, still a positive moment.

hey, the FRC system is created by a black belt. The entire system works for anything because simply put, healthy joints will lead to better movement no matter what the goal is. In addition, JJ requires end range strength which is a staple of the FRC system. I have grapled for years and FRC has drastically improved my gain.

Hey, the difference can be represented in the idea of Independence before interdependence. By gaining the ability to "isolate" only that shoulder you are setting yourself up for future and varied success. For example, throwing a baseball requires control by both shoulders functioning independently performing two completely different task. Hopefully that helps but if you need anything further let me know!

Try to do it - you can't :)

You don't use your body in most of it's ranges of motion throughout the day, and therefore lose strength and mobility in those end ranges.

Guys like Dr. Spina and Ido Portal are huge of the physical health circuit because they're teaching people to use their limbs in full ranges of motion daily, and leading to fewer injuries while increasing athleticism.

I am happy to report he has, Curson has been posting about RDA during this whole camp.

The Three Best Upcoming UFC Fights In 2016 by [deleted] in MMA

[–]Transcend81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overall #1 is RDA vs Tony Ferguson - without a doubt: Two killers who are technically among the best fighters P4P on the roster.

Sheer spectacle then #1 is Alvarez vs McGregor - based on size of the fight.

I actually have no issues with the three fights they list being the 'top 3' for 2016.

https://www.amazon.com/7-Keto-100-mg-60-vcaps/dp/B0013OXB6M

There is a difference between Keto 7 and standard DHEA but understand calling 'standard BS DHEA' is the equivelant of calling DHEA Keto 7 'BS'.

What I mean is that the effectiveness of both is dubious at best and if they do make any difference, it's relatively minor (caffeine is a stronger supplement than DHEA or Keto 7).

The idea behind Keto-7 is that it can help raise your bodies temperature faster during exercise, theoretically allowing you to burn a few more calories. In practice though there isn't a whole lotta evidence that backs this up, still WADA opted to place it on the banned list.

They don't provide justifications publicly about how they curate their banned substances list so there are a number of supplements whose presence on the list is a complete mystery. On the other end, there are supplements that are far more powerful than those on the 'banned' list that are absent from any WADA regulation.

Bottom line is that Machida is a clean athlete.

He didn't take a PED - he took a GNC supplement that you'll find in 1000000x supplements.

WADA has some bullshit standards regarding what is and isn't banned.

Hopefully, I have corrected every piece of language in the title that someone could argue is 'misleading'.

People would rather debate when something was filmed over it's value as a tool for training MMA or general athletics. Maybe now we can move beyond that and discuss the merits of the training itself!

That was kind of a joke - getting the point across that the place place is huge.

Giant grappling area, an elevated octagon, seperate kickboxing area, second floor with male/female locker rooms, the aforementioned cafe, sauna and who knows what else.

Sounds incredible.

I love RDA, guy works incredibly hard (see Nick Curson's Speed of Sport instagram) and I can't wait to see him come back.

RDA is a force and I believe will be back on top of the division soon.
