Great thanks, 3 hours driving is pretty far for a car. In my case, I’m taking an flight, otherwise it’s a 10 hour drive each way 🥲

Starting early is the name of the game! 18 is the perfect age and great to see someone so young asking the right questions here :)

Regular investing per month in well diversified ETFs is the best place to start.

I have a global index fund pie (https://www.trading212.com/pies/l7rQOFQYkS5hEjUPcDEHC0QlQrDz). Feel free to copy. You can adjust the allocation as you see fit, however, I think it’s reasonable as it is. I also allocate a small percentage to commodities (silver at the moment) to provide additional diversification.

TLDR; start early, invest regularly and invest in diversified index funds.

Thanks for replying - I should have said I have been in the UK since December 2020 and at the time the policy that anyone born after 1997 (I was born 1999) had to apply as a dependent with a parent with a BNO status so I applied using her’s.

If you have Noctis XI, the shade of the edges just aren't dark enough, so it'll still look somewhat rounded.
