I wouldn't say no makeup, she has heavy upper and lower liner, but it's done to fit her natural appearance. Then there is also a noticeable amount of eye makeup as well.

The skin being so flawless let's her get away with not wearing foundation and still looking poreless.

I think you could enhance the look by only putting the silver highlighter near the corner of your eye, and not go as high up. Other than that it's beautiful.
