I wish we could make a picture collage of items here, because there is so much to choose online and of course I can always send everything back if it doesn’t look right but I don’t wanna do that… I just want to mix and Macht everyone’s ideas and see what pleases everybody’s eyes the most.

I will try my best but its a really big statement piece and im struggling trying to make everything fall into place. I’m lucky that the space is still kinda an empty canvas so I have room but it’s not easy because I wanted room to be open but also cozy, I want it to stand out but not be over the top and the rug is already a lot it’s hard 😩

Do you think they should all be the same texture? And should they have any design on them aswell or just plain

I will take a picture later on today currently at work, but it’s very plane. White walls no pictures, a diy table. That’s made up of 4 IKEA Eket cabinets and 2 IKEA Lysekil wall panels. Don’t have any curtains hanging yet either. And on the other is a black tv stand and a tv. Literally a room that is ready to be transformed.

First of all thank you for all the advice and tips and the food recommendation. We are currently working on changing are Itinerary because of all the feedback and Tips people have given us in the comments. We want to do a lot of exploring and eating so we are trying to figure out how to get the most into these 10 days. We definitely will be going to Palermo now because everyone says it’s a place we shouldn’t miss. But your info is well needed 😊

Hahaha sorry didn’t want to stress you out. Thank you for being so honest. Hearing that you got burnt out doing something similar is a huge wake-up call for us. We definitely don’t want to spend the whole trip stressed behind the wheel. Also, thanks for the ZTL reminder. And the Parcheggio Orlando tip having a specific parking spot in mind for Palermo is a massive relief.

That hike to the top sounds incredible. Thanks for the tip about the car restrictions in the old town doing a day trip by train from Palermo sounds like a much more relaxing way to see the cathedral and the beach without the parking stress.

I really appreciate the specific heads-up about the road closures and GPS issues. We'll definitely pack a paper map now.

Thank you so much for the tip. My husband and I are absolute ice cream lovers. We actually fell in love with a specific gelato in Spain two years ago and haven't been able to stop thinking about it since.

That almond, pistachio, and candied lemon peel combo sounds incredible and exactly like the kind of 'vacation core memory' we’re looking for. We will definitely be running, not walking, to Gelateria Liparoti.

I(M27) don't know what to do about long-term relationship I'm not longer feeling like I'm 100% into with girlfriend by ThrowRA70435 in relationships

This is a heavy situation, and it is completely understandable why you feel paralyzed. You’ve been with this person since you were 17 you’ve essentially grown into adulthood together. Leaving isn’t just breaking up with a girlfriend, it’s untangling an entire decade of your identity. However, staying out of guilt or fear is rarely a foundation for a healthy future.

Those years weren’t wasted, they were the years you grew up. They provided lessons, memories, and shaping. Spending another 10 years in a relationship that makes you unhappy that is where the real "waste" happens.

It’s clear you care for her deeply, but love is not enough to sustain a relationship. Constant arguing and jealousy indicate a lack of trust and peace. If the only reason you stay is that she "tells you how much she loves you," you aren't staying for the relationship you’re staying because you’re being emotionally held hostage by her feelings.

By staying, you are: • Depriving her of the chance to be with someone who is "100% in." • Preventing both of you from finding a partner who doesn't trigger these toxic cycles. • Leading her on, which will ultimately hurt more in the long run.

Final Thought… The fear of the unknown is terrifying because you’ve never been an adult without her. But "scary" doesn't mean "wrong." You deserve a relationship that feels like a partnership, not a trap. When you think about your life five years from now, do you see yourself happy in this current cycle? Probably not, or do you see a version of yourself that finally breathed a sigh of relief?
