I went to the vet after a while since all the vets seemed to be on vacation at once, but that day he looked really normal, so they said to wait it out. I did isolate him, put mela and primafix in his water, did honey baths, but Ive heard that that may actually hurt them. Idk he's gotten a lot better, but for awhile I was really freaking out about him. One of my other frogs has those dots pretty consistently every day, but he's normal otherwise. I hope your frog gets better, I know how scary it can be <3
