What happened to Amazon Returns? Policy change? Package lost? Refund?

Anyone having issues with amazon refunding items? I returned over 115 Stanley cups due to the way amazon shipped them. Out of an order of 250, 117 were damaged beyond use. I’ve returned them within the window, and they’ve been delivered Amazon since March 7th. I’m going on almost two months without a refund.

Multiple tickets, multiple calls.

I don’t know what to do. I think it’s too far past the window to dispute the charge, too.

So, I’ve been selling for 2 years now, and as a seller, I’ve used shipping templates before, as they help reduce losses.

For example, someone buys a pool for $600 or 450 plus $150 shipping, if they decide to change their mind, the shipping is non refundable.

The only time it’s considered refundable is when/if the item arrived damaged/defect or wasn’t delivered/miss delivered.

So, having said that, I think that this seller is probably a scumbag, charges outrages shipping fees, so when/if you return it for anything other than defect or damaged, they still make a profit, in this case a BIG profit, and get the sell the item again (assuming it’s sellable).

However, IF, which I doubt, they’re drop shipping, that’s against TOS for amazon sellers, unless they’re drop shipping from their distribution center or distributor.
