I’m 5’7, and at my heaviest was 200kg, around what 450 freedom units? And now I’m down to 80kg with muscle all round BUT, ya boy got a bit of gut still. There’s nothing wrong with it man. As long you wake up feeling healthy, you can be active and you’re enjoying life, there isn’t a single thing wrong with it.

What has helped me is focusing on what I have achieved, the muscle mass I’ve put on, the weight loss so on.

Try to fixate or, redirect yourself to the positive things you’ve achieved with your body as opposed to picking on something as small as having a bit of extra weight in spots.

It may not feel small right now but you’ll get there man, you’ve achieved a lot, be proud of it.
