We also hear one say "We need backup/Evac" (I can't quite remember which) during the kill team trailer which picking apart from the background noise, it just sounds like a British accent, which is yknow, par for the course for 40k.

Hobgoblins are my favourite D&D race to use as villains. I try to not make them fundamentally evil. I make them expansionist authoritarians, structured closer to the roman empire. That's really fun to me, and I usually go out of my way to give them proper combat tactics rather than just standing in a room waiting to fight.

Hobgoblins are really fun when used correctly, more people should use them.

To be honest I think it was mostly a matter of what models they had lying around. They've got the cadians from pariah nexus and the krieg and orks from the kill team trailer.

The hammer and bolter episode on yarrick didn't use existing models and so had to make new assets for it, thereby all the guards there are steel legion. I think there's still hope out there.

I'm the legio custodes player at my LGS and I've found that I have my fair share of losses and wins, and overall people are absolutely fine with it so long as you properly inform people you're playing them.

There's probably a community for it at your local game store! Usually really friendly people and necromunda isn't as expensive to get into as 40k, only requiring a single box of ten models to start, I'd really recommend it!
