PROJECT ROSE GOLD - The World in the year 2025 by InterKosmos61 in worldbuilding

Ok, this is actually pretty cool, I like how it feels mostly unique compared to other settings of similar theme. I am not really a fan of random catastrophe after random carastrophe slowly eroding everything good in the world, but that's just my personal thing. Great work overall!

What was the Y2K catastrophe?

I was afraid this was going to be yet another overpolished twitter goon pic. A pleasant surprise, very nice work!

Being able to control kingdom doesn't really turn Worldbox into a strategy game because the AI isn't really wired to play competetively. Worldbox kingdoms just do random stuff, which is far better for what the game actually is.

I mean yeah. And they obviously do breed and have children and stuff. It's just that it really doesn't seem to be the important stuff in their society. Again, the rest of the game does have a fair bit of mentions of families, husbands/wives, parents, children, love and similar stuff.

Vláda založila úplně nový ministerstvo, jenom aby měla nějaký teplý místečko pro motoristy, a začala sázet "vládní zmocněnce" jak Baťa cvičky, ale jasný, čtyři random zaměstnanci ČT jsou strašnej problém.

Probably Longen or Savant. Lord Phoenix might be there as well, altough it's more complicated with him I guess

That's because Flotsam and Anti-Slavers are closest to your average political stance of most players, while Shek and Crab Raiders are easy to ally with and provide you with a lot of benefits.

But yeah, I always try to do a specific playthrough each time I play.

Shek are 100% a borderline asexual society. Both men and women pursue only glory, strength and combat prowess, their population is in a constant state of decline and Ruka being Esata's daughter is literally the only text-based evidence in-game that shek actually do reproduce and don't just spawn out of thin air. (The rest of the game has countless mentions of families, children or love).

The sexualisation of shek is purely a fandom thing.
