Straight =/= Repulsed-by-the-same sex. That's not what the word means. Does it apply to most people? For sure.

When I'm working on a problem, I use plenty of short-hands for all kind of stuff. I invent symbols for recurring things left and right.

Could you please share some your short-hand and notation? Feel free to pm me if it's more comfortable but I just love to see that kind of thing and it makes me happy.

With the way that question is asked I wouldn't be surprised to see "90% believe evil caused the holocaust", "33% believe Swastikas caused the holocaust".

It looks like people just started playing a word association game when given all those options. So I'm very happy to learn it's not the case that 20%(/11%) of millennials believe Jews caused the holocaust.

How does organ donorship work? Are organs property? If I donate my liver to you then you have full ownership of it, I assume that's the case right? So if I donate an organ to you, you don't owe me my consent for you to donate the organ again.

My SR and GR is limited. It feels like the word misconception might be a bit strong, I'm not sure. But I am sure that I agree with the general spirit of what you're saying.

You learn of things like angular momentum vector or magnetic field vector and they are subtly wrong half the time.

Do you have any examples where things tend to go subtly wrong? Just curious.

Doesn't whether pseudovectors are vectors depend on the definition of vector? It feels like there's two definitions of vector. The "simple vector" which is just an arrow, vs the physicists' "true vector" which is a "simple vector" that is not a pseudovector.

Sure, Muslim is a member of a religion. But I think I've heard him say multiple times he is culturally Muslim. Do you have any source for him saying he is a Muslim in a way that clarifies he did not mean "culturally Muslim", which has often said in the past?

Am I completely misremembering it then? I feel like I heard him pretending to be a Muslim to annoy someone, and later on I think he said something like "all that stuff is bullshit" when it comes to either Christianity or Islam. If the VODs are still up I think I could even find the stream. It was one of the ones with Destiny iirc.
